Warm greetings on behalf from Gray Line Tours and please find the below invitation of High Speed Rail Familiarization on 30 October 2018. In order for the hotel industry partners to be more familiar with the newly opened High Speed Rail (HSR) – Hong Kong Section running from West Kowloon Station, MTR Corporation (together with Gray Line Tours -Official appointed sales agent for HSR tickets to provide ticket sales to hotel guests) will host a familiarization tour for hotel members of the Society of Golden Key – maximum for 40 members and on a first come first served basis. Will counting by the email who send to Woody’s email – address as below. We trust that after the familiarization tour, members of the Golden Keys will be more familiar with the HSR arrangements and able to recommend HSR services to all hotel guests and provide ticketing sales thru the hotel. Familiarization Tour Date: Tuesday, October 30 2018 The objectives of this familiarization tour is to allow the Golden Key members to · Get familiar with the newly opened West Kowloon Station · HSR ticket redemption procedure, · The co-location arrangement (一地兩檢) · Experience riding the HSR (round trip Hong Kong ó Shenzhenbei (深圳北)) (around 19 minutes one way) The tour will be conducted in English and Cantonese. Round trips shuttle bus has been arranged to & from K11 Mody Road – at 13:15hrs to airport T2. We are now looking at ways of making the map even more effective, both in terms of production efficiencies and value for money benefits. Starting in now, we are piloting a scheme designed to print only the number of maps actually needed for distribution during any given month i.e. from now on, we will only print the number of maps actually requested by members' hotels. Starting in now, this is how you will order the Society's map: • First, go online and visit the Society's website • Next, click the Request Society Map icon • Then, indicate on the pop-up order form how many copies of the next month's map you require Note: • Maps will be dispatched to members' hotels according to the numbers ordered via the above process • If no maps are required for a particular month, 'NIL' should be typed on the order form • GKC - the company that produces the map, guarantee a minimum print run of 50,000 maps per month. Additional maps (up to a possible print run of 60,000) will only be printed if members' hotels orders exceed 50,000 I am sure you will agree that the above procedure will minimise wastage and maximise profits!
